Volumetric doser is a mechanical device used for continuous feeding, which works by volumetric quantitative method. This equipment is usually installed at the discharge port of storage devices such as silos, buckets and bunkers. It relies on the gravity of the material and the forced action of the feeder working mechanism to discharge the material in the storage bin and feed it continuously and evenly to the next device. When the equipment stops working, it can also play the role of locking the storage bin, which is one of the key equipment in the continuous production process.
The material box is mainly composed of transmission parts, conveyor belts, stainless steel wall panels, transmission rollers, brackets and frames. The material box can store a certain amount of materials and play a certain buffering role. The conveyor belt components use pallets to hold up the belts, and the two ends of the brackets are 15° with the horizontal plane, which is conducive to the sealing of the sidewall belt. The transmission of the conveyor belt is driven by the motor through the reducer and chain to the main transmission roller of the conveyor belt. The tension and deviation of the conveyor belt are adjusted by adjusting the adjustment bolts at the end of the driven transmission roller of the conveyor belt. There are organic glass windows on both sides of the box body, equipped with photoelectric monitors to control the material level.
Photoelectric monitors are installed on the outer shell above the material box and on the side of the inclined conveyor belt, respectively, to control the material level of the material box, the conveyor belt at the bottom of the smoke box and the operation and stop of the steep angle conveyor. The material spreading car and the material spreading car are mainly composed of the car body, stainless steel side panels, conveyor belts, support frames, drive devices and tracking devices. Their function is to control the materials delivered from the previous process according to a certain procedure, input them into the material box, and ensure that the materials are evenly distributed. The electrical system consists of an on-board operating cabinet, on-board wiring, on-board actuators and an electric control cabinet for the production line. This machine is matched with the electric control cabinet to realize full-line joint control. All the lines of this machine are connected to the wiring terminals, which are installed in the on-site operation station.
